If you are in that thread on the bottom right there is a "quote" button - click that and it will bring up a reply with that thread already quoted.

To expand on the instuctions Tony provided, when you click on the "quote" icon, you get the whole message in that post. If you want to quote just a part of it you can highlight the parts you don't want and delete what you highlighted. Just be sure that you don't delete any of the brackets.
